You can exchange your product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

How to make an exchange?

IMPORTANT: We do not collect packages from pickup points or post offices! Please send your package directly to our address via courier or registered mail.

Once your package arrives, we will verify the product's condition according to our terms and conditions and ship the new size/model to you.

What if I don't have a way to print the form?

Don't worry! Simply write your order number on a piece of paper, along with a note stating whether the product is being returned or exchanged (if exchanging, please specify the new size/model)
Who covers the shipping cost?
  • The cost of shipping the product back to us for a return or exchange is covered by the customer. In the case of an exchange, we will send the new product back to you at our expense.
How many days do I have for a return or exchange?

How long does the return/exchange process take?

Exchanges: We process exchanges within 2-3 business days from the moment your package reaches us.

Returns: We process returns within 2-3 business days of receiving your package, and then issue the refund within 14 calendar days.
