You can return your item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

How to make a return?

  2. Place the form inside the package along with the product you are returning.

IMPORTANT: We do not collect packages from pickup points or post offices! Please send your package directly to our address via courier or registered mail.

Once your return is approved by our warehouse, you will receive your refund within 14 days from the date of approval.

What if I don't have a way to print the form?

Don't worry! Simply write your order number on a piece of paper, along with a note stating whether the product is being returned or exchanged (if exchanging, please specify the new size/model)
Who covers the shipping cost?
  • The cost of shipping the product back to us for a return or exchange is covered by the customer. In the case of an exchange, we will send the new product back to you at our expense.
How many days do I have for a return or exchange?

Exchanges: We process exchanges within 2-3 business days from the moment your package reaches us.
